WORKSHOP PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

Welcome to the workshop planning and management Course unit.

This unit consists of four modules namely: Safety , layout design, design implementation and maintenance. The unit provides a comprehensive understanding of all aspects necessary for the efficient operation of workshops. In safety you will learn the crucial protocols and practices to ensure a secure working environment, including risk assessment and emergency procedures.

Workshop Layout Design will cover the strategic arrangement of the workshop to optimize workflow and space utilization. Workshop Design Implementation delves into the practical application of design concepts.  Maintenance protocols will be emphasized to uphold equipment longevity and productivity, covering routine inspections, repairs, and safety checks.

 Throughout the unit, you will engage in hands-on activities and develop practical skills essential for effective shop planning and management. By the end of the course unit you will be are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to create safe, efficient, and well-organized workshop environments.
